Eric Ward

Managing Partner - Operations

Eric Ward brings over a decade of logistics expertise to Actus, with a proven ability to develop and implement efficient operational models. He began his career at Pegasus Logistics Group in 2004, quickly advancing to Regional Operations Manager, where he led a team of 40 employees and managed regulatory compliance with agencies such as the FAA, TSA/DHS, and the FDA. 

Eric also played a key role in launching the Panther/Arcbest forwarding station in Dallas. He holds a degree in History with a minor in Marketing from the University of North Texas.

David Kolinofsky

Managing Partner

David Kolinofsky brings extensive logistics and leadership experience to Actus, having previously served as General Manager of Transportation at JB Hunt Transport. Under his leadership, he earned top honors, including “Account of the Year” and “Driver Dedicated Account of the Year.” David also completed JB Hunt’s prestigious Strategic Leader’s Course through the University of Arkansas.

Before his career in logistics, David served ten years as an Infantry Captain in the U.S. Army. He earned a Bronze Star in Afghanistan and led two Infantry Company Commands. David holds an MBA in Finance and a Graduate Certificate in Logistics Management from the American Military University, as well as a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas.
